Overview
Golden sands perfumery strives to provide the best possible service and products to our customers, however if you wish to exchange your perfume please go through our exchange policy carefully.
We DO NOT do refunds but can exchange the perfume for you if the following conditions are met:
- Exchange should be done within 3 days of purchase of the product.
- The product must be in its original condition the way it was sold to you.
- The seal/cellophane wrap must not be removed.
- Invoice must be produced at the time of exchange
For courier customers
Please check your parcel when you receive your order. If the goods are damaged on delivery, you will need to email us on goldensandsperfumery@gmail.com within 24 hours from the receipt of the goods. If the product has been found to be damaged or defective on inspection, a replacement will be authorized.
- You must return the product within 3 days of it being delivered.
- All the returns must be well packed and be well protected to avoid damage in transit.
- Any perfumes received in damaged condition will not be accepted for an exchange
- The courier charges to and for will have to be borne by the customer for the exchange.
- A copy of the invoice should be sent along with the product to exchange.
Please Note:
- There is no guarantee on the perfumes from the point of purchase and Golden sands perfumery will not be liable for any physical damage caused thereafter.
Golden sands perfumery has the rights to refuse and exchange if the above conditions are not adhered to and will use its own discretion to approve the exchange.

How Shipping Works
After you place your order, we'll send you a confirmation email right away so you know we've got it and are starting to get it ready. We usually pack things up and get them ready to ship within 1–2 business days (Monday - Friday). As soon as your package is on its way, you'll get another email with tracking details so.
Most of the time, your order should arrive within 7 business days (Monday - Friday) after it's shipped.
Delays
Most orders arrive in the expected time (including processing and shipping), but sometimes it can take a little longer. This might happen during busy holiday seasons, high-volume times, or if something unexpected pops up. If your order seems to be taking a bit longer than it should, please hang tight for just an extra 3 business days (Monday - Friday) before reaching out. If it still hasn't shown up after that, please shoot us an email at GOLDENSANDSPERFUMERY@GMAIL.COM and we'll definitely look into it for you.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, reach out to us at GOLDENSANDSPERFUMERY@GMAIL.COM as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the order has started processing.
Items Damaged or Incorrect?
PLEASE NOTE THEIR IS NO INSURANCE ON GLASS PRODUCTS WE TAKE ALL THE CARE AND MAKE SURE NO ITEMS ARE DAMAGED BEFORE IT LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE. WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR COURIERS MISHANDLING OR LOSS OF PARCELS.
If your order arrives incorrect, please send a photo and details to goldensandsperfumery@gmail.com. We’ll make arrangements to send you the correct item as soon as possible.
